A lawsuit has been filed against Nintendo, Niantic Labs and the Pokemon Company, after a number of individuals trespassed on a the property of a man from New Jersey.
I think it will become a very complicated case as it is the individuals themselves doing the trespassing and Pokemon Go hasn't physically put anything on their property.
